Character Archetype Workshop (FREE)
This workshop is a physical acting workshop and will begin with a short physical Viewpoint warmup. Then we will move to working with The Lucid Body Technique where we will play with Archetypes and explore layering them to develop multi-dimensional characters. Through layering, we discover the embodying of conflict and not just the idea of it. This is a class for all levels and all bodies. There are modifications for all exercises.
**Please wear loose fitted clothes and nothing too tight.

Caitlin Apparcel (she/her) currently heads the movement program at The Stella Adler Academy in Los Angeles. She is a certified teacher of the Lucid Body Technique. She teaches workshops in LA.
